What costs are covered by SolarWinds?
SolarWinds is delighted to offer complimentary accommodation for 1 night (February 19th), for attendees who reserve their rooms until December 15th, 2023. Please reserve your room today here. After this deadline has passed, we may not secure availability at this rate and in this hotel. All meals and entertainment listed in the Agenda are covered by SolarWinds.
Do I need a visa to enter Portugal?
To avoid any last-minute issues, please check here if you require a visa to enter Portugal. If you need an official Visa Letter from SolarWinds, please email us directly at partner@solarwinds.com.
Can I attend both the Sales (SSE) and Technical (SCP) trainings?
No. You can only attend the Technical (SCP) trainings if you have a technical background and expertise. Please specify your desired technical or sales training on the registration form.
Can I attend all the Technical (SCP) Trainings listed in the agenda?
No. The SCP trainings are scheduled to take place simultaneously, which means you can only choose one training to attend. Kindly specify your preference on the registration form. Please note that the SCP trainings consist of multiple sessions that you must attend to qualify for the examination.
Can I attend both the Observability and Foundations SolarWinds Sales Expert Accreditation trainings on Wed, Feb 21?
Certainly! The SSE trainings will occur consecutively, one after the other. Please indicate your choices on the registration form so we can secure your seat.

What if I have to cancel or change my accommodation reservation?

Can I transfer my registration to someone else if I can't attend?
If you intend to transfer your registration to another individual, please contact partner@solarwinds.com. Please note that all substitutions require approval from SolarWinds.

Is there a registration deadline for this event?
SolarWinds is delighted to offer complimentary accommodation for 1 night (February 19th), for attendees who reserve their rooms by December 15, 2023.
Is a deposit required during hotel check-in?
The first night (February 19th) will be covered by SolarWinds for single occupancy. Reservations will be considered only if one valid credit card number is provided. The Hotel will charge 1 (one) night to your credit card on January 4th, 2024. Any Cancellations, no-shows, and or early departures made as from the 4th of January 2024 will be charged in full.
