When is the SolarWinds Transform Partner Summit APJ 2024 taking place?
The event will be held at the Grand Hyatt Bali, Nusa Dua in Bali, Indonesia, from March 4th to March 6th, 2024. For additional information, please refer to the Agenda section above.
What costs are covered by SolarWinds?
SolarWinds offers complimentary accommodation for 2 nights (March 4th + 5th) for attendees who register for the event by November 30th, 2023. All meals and entertainment listed in the Agenda are covered by SolarWinds. Any additional nights pre- or post- the event will be charged to you when you check in.
Do I need a visa to enter Indonesia?
To avoid any last-minute issues, please check here if you require a visa to enter Bali. If you need an official Visa Letter from SolarWinds, please email us directly at partner@solarwinds.com.
Can I attend both the Observability and Foundations SSEs on Wednesday, March 6th?
Certainly! The SSE trainings will occur consecutively, one after the other. Please indicate your choices on the registration form so we can secure your seat.
What is the registration process?
To register, click the “Register Now” button and complete the form. Upon successful registration, you’ll be receiving a confirmation email from our reservation team. Please indicate the Arrival and Departure Date so we can reserve the room for the days of your stay. Any additional nights pre- or post- the event will be charged to you when you check in.
What if I have to cancel or change my accommodation reservation?
If you need to modify your reservation at the Grand Hyatt Bali, Nusa Dua, please contact SWPartnerSummit24@nowcomms.asia directly for assistance.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else if I can't attend?
If you intend to transfer your registration to another individual, please contact partner@solarwinds.com. Please note that all substitutions require approval from SolarWinds.
Can I cancel or modify my registration?

How do I communicate my dietary restrictions?
Dietary restrictions should be communicated through the registration form. We will make every effort to acknowledge and accommodate any allergies throughout the event.
